OK, so maybe you’re muttering something under your breath about Therap based on the one hour and forty minute downtime we had today (after one other brief downtime) but keep in mind, that sort of outage has not occurred in several years. Richard probably has the exact date and time and duration so make sure you ask him.

And as you sat staring out the APPLICATION UNAVAILABLE message, our operations staff was working like mad to bring the system back up as our support staff covered phone lines and Live Help from remote locations around the country to keep you up to date.

As of right now, Masum has it back…Let us know if you have any trouble!!
