New Clue…and just 3 days to go…
I’m feeling the vacation buzz folks! OMGosh, this is getting exciting!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here’s a new clue…I will be doing a bit of this (see below) on my vacation…my favorite one is ORANGE!!!! I love it when people understand my issue with my orange items and assure that I have an ORANGE kayak available.
Wow…Therap and the color ORANGE…does life get any more wonderful???? ;)

Welcome Jones AFH
Therap wants to welcome Randy Jones and Jones AFH as our newest Therap customer! Randy is an Adult Foster Care provider in Linn County, Oregon.
Jones AFH is much more than the average foster or group home. They like to say that they are a home first and foremost. The individuals are treated as a member of their family. They laugh, play and work together. What a great place to add to our list!
We are pleased to have his agency come aboard and we look forward to working with Randy and his staff to transform into a paperless organization! Whoo Hoo!!! Go Oregon!!!!
Big Hearts for a Friend
When one counts the blessings in their life, they need to start with the number of true friends that they have. Each is a blessing and their importance was evidenced this past weekend when I worked with about 30 other friends to help raise money for Scott and Kelli Busby.
Scott was diagnosed recently with an aggressive brain tumor. To help defray some of the exorbitant costs that have mounted, both Scott and Kelli’s companies got together to sponsor a car wash and auction. The event was more successful than anyone could have wished for.
Check out a couple of the pics from the event. I worked all day with some amazing people. It was a lot of fun and a true blessing to be able to help a friend.

Puppy Love
I love it when my Dad sends me pictures of what Lovey is doing at his house. Lovey is my Dad’s Westie. She is about as adorable as they come. Here’s a picture of her helping with the clean up from the apple tree this past weekend.

Now, Lovey may be a cutie…but…when I ever get to the place that I can have a doggie again…this is the face that no one will be able to resist…especially ME…I’ve even named him…BURTON (its a skiing thing). For now he is my wallpaper puppy. Minimal clean up, no need to feed or water, all my shoes are still in tact…just a perfect puppy… I love him…he’s precious!

5 Days Remaining
The countdown is on to the place where one finds rest and relaxation. That’s what I’m talkin about!
This Therapite is checking out for a few days beginning this Saturday, September 4th and I’ll be back in Therapville on September 7th. Until that time…here’s another clue about what I’ll be doing….

FYI- Colorado Billing Meeting
Just a reminder to all of my Colorado based agencies. Jim Kelly, Asif, Sazzad and I will be in Denver this Friday to meet with several Colorado agencies about the billing system. If you have not RSVP’d to attend, please send me an email and I will get you the details. Don’t have my email…hummm…why not? Okay, its my first name at Therapservices.net… at least for another couple weeks…then we are changing email addresses…but this week you are still good (happy face).
Ciao
New Clue
Okay…you thought it was somewhere near the ocean I was going to for my mini vacation…probably because I showed you a picture of the ocean..yeah, that might be a reason.
Its not ocean that I am escaping to…I was teasing you…so, here’s your next guess…I’m finding my respite somewhere in the Northwest…not Oregon (good try), or Washington, or California…keep guessing…maybe you’ll figure it out before I get there…or not. I do plan on relaxing… no Therap-wear (don’t want to create a stir)…just be incognito like this (see below for details).

Yeah…yeah…I know…

You aren’t going to believe this BUT…two weeks from today I am taking a VACATION. No, really…its true…I know you don’t believe it…perhaps you are sitting down at this point..but its true. I am going to go spread Therap Orange goodness out and about in vacation-land. Me, my Kindle, the IPod, and a few bathing suits…yep…that’s what I’m packing.
Don’t get worried…I plan on sending lots of pictures while I’m away (no, not of me in my bathing suit…more like trees and water pictures). Maybe you’ll be able to guess my locale…hummm… I’m not telling…can’t handle all the paparazzi finding out…ya know what I mean??? It can just be overwhelming being a Therapite…I’m just sayin’…
Eichinger Does it Again

Its no secret that next to Maureen Noonan (Therapite Goddess), my favorite artist…sculptor is Marty Eichinger. I’ve had the pleasure of spending time at his studio in Portland and visiting his exhibits in Colorado and at Cannon Beach. He is brilliant and his work is breath-taking.
Marty has a new piece I wanted to share with my readers…why…well, duh… because it is just AWESOME… and therefore…you MUST want to see it…right???!!! Of course you do!
I couldn’t add it to my blog page but you can link to it here and check it out out on YouTube -

Its so totally cool…if you like cool art that is…and if you don’t know what to get me for Christmas this year…well…any of his pieces will work…I’m not picky (Adrenaline Rising is my favorite)…just sayin’.
Hope you are having an awesome summer!
Welcome SCDD

Can I just say…I love my Colorado fan club! We just added another..yes… another Colorado agency to our list of AMAZING providers. Southern Colorado Developmental Disability Services, located in Trinidad, CO. can now boast to be one of the many Colorado agencies that have chosen to become paperless and selected THERAP as their solution. I am as proud as can be!
Welcome Duane, Teri, Jeremy, Ron and all of the SCDD team to our family of quality providers. I look forward to working with you!
