ALSO Pushing Full Implementation

At an alarming rate of speed, Adult Learning Systems of Oregon will soon be a truly paperless organization…if Brett Turner has his way about it. Logging in nearly 2,400 times a week, carrying a staff of over 160 employees, and only being on board since September, ALSO has embraced the philosophy behind the use of Therap and is already seeing the benefits on their bottom line.

Brett preps his team on the next phase of implementation

I had the privilege to be a part of the ALSO family last week. We worked on the next phase of implementation within the organization including Health Tracking and Behavior Management planning. These modules will implement throughout the entire agency on December 1st. While I was there, Debi Ramsden inquired about tools that Therap has to help manage staff training. By the end of the day she was inputting all Therap classes and developing curriculum for the agency. It was a beautiful thing to see…if you’re a Therapite!
