Therap Services is an online software service that provides secure, HIPAA compliant documentation and communication for developmental disability provider agencies. The suite is made of programs that cover extensively supports provided to individuals (contact sheets, demographics, daily/shift notes, annual plans, goals and objectives, personal outcomes, individual program planning, behavior tracking and more), as well as programs that help an agency manage employee training/certifications and schedules, and also billing. Therap also provides extensive support in setting up and handling the transition to electronic documentation, and has lots of great online tools for training staff to use Therap.

The General Event Reports (GERs) also known as the Incident Reports have been designed to track multiple related incidents for an individual. Using the General Event Reporting tool, users can report and follow-up on a wide range of incidents including injuries, behavioral concerns and accidents among others.
The GER also lets users track the comments of witnesses for each event. By simply entering the names of witnesses in a GER, users will get links to witness reports which will let them review detailed comments on what was witnessed during an incident.
