Therap puts high importance on communicating with its users to better understand the needs of the developmental disability community.

By establishing relationships between Therap and its customers as well as between Therap customers, we can provide a better application and support and providers around the country can provide better and more effective services.

To achieve this, we use many methods and tools:

Conferences | Visit
An ideal opportunity to meet with Therap staff and customers at locations around the country. Most of these conferences also feature a few presentations by users on topics of interest.

User Group Meetings | Visit
Join with other users in your region or specialization to share your stories and learn more about using Therap.

Special Interest Groups | Visit
Join and participate in Therap’s Special Interest Groups for agencies to discuss issues such as Quality Assurance, Mobile Documentation, and Nursing and Electronic Health Records.

Blogs | Visit
Therap posts several Blogs with a view to increase communication with its users. Users can learn about the latest events and developments taking place at Therap by reading these blogs. We also have a Certified Trainers (Therap Users) Blog where users express their views on Therap, technology, working in the disabilities sector, and more.

Therap Ideas | Visit
A platform where our customers can share all the exciting enhancement ideas they have regarding any part of the Therap system. When our users think they have an idea that everyone could benefit from, they can share it easily with Therap Ideas. These ideas are reviewed by Therap team members on a daily basis and discussed during enhancement sessions.
