An Invitation to ID/DD Service Providers
Meet the Therap team and professionals from the disability services industry to discuss and view the web-based electronic documentation software services made specifically for agencies and professionals of this field.
Therap’s software suite offers much of the required forms for incident reporting, medication errors, progress notes, shift notes, nursing notes, MARs, emergency data, ISPs, goal tracking, and others.
On top of the forms you have the ability to search for data and to generate reports so you can manage your services as well as handle audits and surveys efficiently. With facilities like automatic notifications based on priorities you set within the program, access controlled data sharing, and the HIPAA compliant communication tool within Therap, you’ll find that the support related communication also improves.
Maintain good quality documentation on the individuals you serve while reducing the time it takes to document. You may save more time to spend tending to the needs of the individuals you support!Share on Facebook
