DelawareDelaware is the first state that began using Therap statewide to improve the quality of their services! Therap will provide all agencies in Delaware a more systematic and paperless means of sharing information. Both DDDS and Therap welcome any feedback on ways to improve the process and encourage you to try the Delaware Specific Training Materials.

Register your agency with Therap Services

This is the first step you will need to take. To register with Therap, all agencies are required to complete a Provider Self Provisioning or PSP, which will require entering some basic agency information like address and phone numbers, and identifying who will be your agency’s Provider Administrators (PA). The total process of PSP is explained in a document available here.

Animated flash tutorials are available for users to help train themselves on the different Therap modules. These animated tutorials take you through the different stages of various applications and demonstrate how to use Therap’s tools effectively.
