Focus on EHR from Developmental Disabilities Software Leader for Healthcare Professionals

WATERBURY, Conn., May 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Developmental disabilities software leader Therap Services is hosting a conference focused on national healthcare/nursing in Albuquerque, New Mexico, from June 1-2, 2011.

The conference will offer special sessions for providers in New Mexico, working with the Developmental Disabilities Supports Division (DDSD). There will be interactive demonstrations and training on Therap’s electronic health records (EHR) and case management tools for comprehensive health assessment (eCHAT), medication administration assessment (MAAT) and aspiration risk screening. Participants will also learn about Therap’s electronic health passports, which contain emergency details of individuals such as personal profiles, contact information, medication history, consent information and diagnoses.

There will be parallel sessions, covering Therap’s other electronic health records including medication administration records, appointment records, lab test results, medication histories, vital signs, height/weight, blood glucose reports, immunizations and seizures reports.
