The suite is made of programs that cover extensively supports provided to individuals as well as programs that help an agency manage employee training/certifications and schedules, and also billing. The General Event Reports (GERs) also known as the Incident Reports have been designed to track multiple related incidents for an individual. Florida GER’s include Incident Reports and Follow-up Measures Taken as a requirement for Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD).
Therap is designed to support short and long term providers of providers of ICF/MR-DD, HCBS/DD waiver, group homes, aging and residential services, working in Florida APD areas 1-15, Sun Coast and area 23.
