From small organizations providing Community Residential Alternative (CRA)/host home supports to large agencies offering Community Living Supports(CLS), Community Access and Supported Employment, – Georgia providers working under the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) are using Therap’s HIPAA compliant software services to meet quality assurance, personal outcomes measuring and person centered service documentation goals.
Therap’s ISP (Individual or Individualized Service Plans) application allows agencies to enter the ISP programs for individuals, entering the individual’s desired goals, the methods used to achieve them and defining a scoring method against which data is entered at a defined frequency by the DSPs. This online tool is great for measuring personal outcomes and provides reports.
