Sazzad, Tahseen, and I spent another day in very productive meetings here in sunny Bismarck.

We're looking forward to seeing many of you at the North Dakota User Group being hosted by Enable on Monday.

Remember that this is an in-person user group, not a webinar.

We will be holding a North Dakota User Group meeting at Enable in Bismark on Monday, May 24th at 10am.

This meeting will have a particular focus on cross-provider sharing (COIS) thanks to all the work the Bismark-Mandan providers did helping us set it up.

It's also a great opportunity to get all your questions answered by Sazzad, Shawon, and Tahseen

Kris and I had a great day in Oneonta, New York  at a day hosted by Joe and Pat and The Arc Otsego.

This morning we had a tremendous Therap Information Session where we spoke to a bunch of agencies that came to hear about The Arc’s experience with Therap and listen to my presentation.

Then this afternoon we had our Central New York User Group.  Lots of great questions and even better suggestions.

On top of all that, The Arc Otsego earned themselves a ton of Therap Points!

We just added the Minnesota Risk Management Assessment and Plan to our Global Custom Form Library.

You can now take a look at it in the library and add it to your set of forms.

We will be reviewing this and other issues from Minnesota at the upcoming Minnesota User Group on 1/12/2010 at 2pm Central.
