Billing from ISP Data?
I learned something new today
which came across in a live help conversation:
A user was setting up Service Authorizations and had done everything correctly, but when they went to add the link between the particular ISP programs w/in the service line portion, none of the ISP program were showing up. Well, this stumped me for a bit, but with some brainstorming with Justin, we figured out the following: Only the ISP programs that you have selected as requiring a time in/time out, or as requiring it only in the case that there is a reportable score, will show up to link to billing. Once that was fixed, they showed up… PRESTO!!
So, a couple questions to ask yourself if those ISPs don’t show up to link to a Service Authorization:
- Did you pick ISP data as the input method in the SA?
- Are the ISP programs you’re looking for approved?
- Were the ISP programs created under the same program that the SA is under?
- Was the ISP program authored to be ‘Grid’?
- Did you hit ‘yes’ or ‘yes, if there is a reportable score’ next to the Time in/ Time out required question?
