Hi everyone,

I’ve had an issue come across in live chat a couple times in the last several days that I figured I’d share w/ you all. If you are an administrator and have assigned a user the correct program access, as well as correct superrole, and they still are not seeing GER’s show up on their first page then try the following:

-Have the user click on ‘My Profile’ link on their first page, scroll down, and ensure that under ‘GER first page summary count’ all the appropriate boxes are checked off. These boxes are automatically checked off for people, but it may have happened that they accidentally deselected them, not knowing that this would affect what they see on their first page count. This was a new feature added to allow people to have some control over the GER counts they see on their first page. This does not mean that the people can not view the GER’s, it just means that they will have to hit ‘search’ to see them, if they have deselected those boxes. People like nurses would find this feature useful if they don’t necessarily need to see all types of GER’s on their first page when they sign in.
