Therap National Provider Administrator Conference, Feb 8-10, 2011
Ramada, Fishkill, New York
(Accomodations are available at the Ramada (formerly called the Holiday Inn) and theHampton Inn, which are just next to each other)
The biggest and most exciting Therap event is undoubtedly the National Provider Administrators Conference. The next one is coming February 2011, and you would not want to miss it! There’ll be lots of exciting sessions and you’ll meet other agency folks who use Therap and share your experiences and knowledge. There are also our usual amount of guest speakers if not more! View an account of last year’s National PA Conference here.
We have published our schedule (though it will probably keep getting updated frequently), and a flyer to share news of this upcoming conference.
We welcome all existing, new and potential users to participate in the conference.
Sunshine State
Last week I took a little break from OPWDD agencies and took a quick trip to Florida. One of our newest team members Barry Pollack asked me to tag along with him and meet some providers. One of the really interesting thing in working with Therap, is going state to state and learning the different challenges that agency’s face. Many of our APD agencies in FL have a large focus on the Therap Billing compent that we have developed for them. As we continue to grow in the sunshine I hope to make a few more trips down south. All of the agencies and people we met with were great.
The view wasn’t so bad either.

Kickoff in Minnesota

Today we kicked off a 3 day conf in Burnsville MN with the College of Direct Support. Once in a while I get to leave my OPWDD agencies in New York and assist other Therapites around the country. We are here for a couple days to work with some of our midwest agencies on the benefits of Therap and the College of Direct Support. There are allot of interesting conversations taking place and some good discussion to come. Tonight we are venturing out to the Mall of America to see some of the sights. Stay tuned for some pictures of the Conf.
