Dove Pointe of Salisbury Maryland joins Deaf Independent Living Association (DILA) also of Salisbury and the Caroline Center as Therap users on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. There is certain to be a Therap Users group meeting on the Eastern Shore in the near future and Ramona Bradley of DILA wants the Users Group to be at her offices since DILA has Therap Eastern Shore seniority.

The General Event Reports (GERs) also known as the Incident Reports have been designed to track multiple related incidents for an individual. Using the General Event Reporting tool, users can report and follow-up on a wide range of incidents including injuries, behavioral concerns and accidents among others. Keeping in mind, the requirements of different States, we also have ranges of customized Incident Reporting State Forms included to our GER forms.
