Who wants a new house??

Last week was spent in CO visiting many providers and one of which was Envision, specifically Linda Medina who is a newbie to our Certified Trainers group. Envision is hosting a raffle to give a away a house…yes, a HOUSE in Colorado! If you don’t want the house you can opt for cash but who wouldn’t want a vacation home in CO?? I’m thinking it could be our local Therap office :) If you’d like to participate you can order tickets Here…and Good Luck!!

New Live Help is up!

With the 2012 release we also have a new Live Help system which the support team at Therap is just giddy about! No more hanging up on our customers or loosing our chats ….yay!! One change that is important to know is that our Offline Messages will be sent not only to your My Issues but also to our external support email which is over a unsecured network… so it’s important that you do not send any Private Health Information (PHI) when leaving us a message.

Happy Chatting!

Prepping for our January Release!!

In an effort to be super prepared for our January release and getting as many of the kinks out as possible before we Go Live, we are inviting anyone who would like to participate in Testing to login to our Test site Here.

Please be aware this is Not the live Therap system but looks exactly the same! This is a Test site and all data that is entered or altered will be deleted. The data that is in there is a copy of your real data (you still login using your regular login info) and you’ll see the individuals you support and information entered is stored as securely as real data, but we will just delete it when we do the full release in January. This release is going to be a big one, we anticipate to be down for about 15 hours!

Please send in any comments, suggestions, questions that you may have and Please don’t be shy! Over the next few weeks we hope to have this in tip top shape by having you guide us on what we need to work on and improve to make this a super user friendly release :-)

Thanks and Happy Testing!!

First Cali Conference!

Just finishing up a fantastical 2 day California conference with some of my awesome colleagues …we had the opportunity to work with some providers who have been using Therap for a few years now as well as meet some newbies who have just joined the family.

We had around 100 folks and will definitely be back next year!

System Issues

Sorry folks it appears that Therap may have had too much Turkey and stuffing this weekend and is starting the week very sluggishly. Please do report all issues you are facing be it that it’s slow or pages are not displaying things correctly. We are working on it and hope to have it reolved quickly for you!

OR in the Fall = Rainy!

Last week was the Oregon conference which was a wonderful 2 day fest of learning and training…and rain! The conference was really well attended, around 100 folks, and that’s even though it was on the Veterans Day holiday! I did have a chance to take a few photographs but due to the rain there was limited opportunities obviously.

Day 7 without power and still going strong!

Well it’s been quite the week I must say …no water or electricity still but as of today my rout out to a remote location for work finally has some working traffic lights! The pics really don’t due it justice, it’s something that you have to see in person to really grasp the devastation. My town is still, on day 7, 89% without power.

In this photograph a neighbor has jacked up the power lines with broken tree branches so they can drive Under the power lines to get into their driveway…scary dangerous:

Yip...those are wires being held up by broken branches so they can et into their driveway...craziness!

Their goal date is midnight Sunday where they have predicted 99% power back….I’m feeling quite pessimistic considering the enormous amount of work yet to be done but maybe I’ll be lucky!

First Snow CT

This has been a really crazy 2 days in the Northeast …power is expected to be out for the next week if not longer so if your reply’s from me are a bit delayed, apologies as I try to cope with a community off the grid!

For a little artsy note, crows in a tree (not a great clear shot but use your imagination and it’s kinda cool :D ):
