This week I’m in Sebring Florida which to be honest I had never heard of before and seems to be a lovely area with lots of bodies of water scattered around. It took about 2.5 hrs to get here from Fort Lauderdale mostly due to a single lane road and the horrendous storm I had to drive through.
I won’t have time to explore the terrain unfortunately as I’ll be busy training some new Therapites but perhaps I’ll make the return trip a bit longer and stop to photograph a few cows….there were lot’s along the way!!

More Photographs from GA
These are from a quick visit to Cumberland Island National Seashore … miles of undeveloped beaches, few humans, and herds of wild horses… a beautiful place in a lonesome kind of way.

training providers in GA!
This week I’m in Georgia training with an awesome crew at Gateway Behavioral Health Services …these are some folks that are going to do smashingly well with their implementation….they are well organized, have an energetic crew, and are psyched about Therap!
Since here I’ve had to, of course, tour the region and spent one evening watching the sunset on Driftwood beach …nothing less than breath-taking and life-affirming! The wondrous and brutal erosion of the barrier island has created a haunting cemetery of gnarled, gorgeous trees and driftwood. The Atlantic swallows live oaks and pines, spitting up their uprooted edges. The shore is littered with these weathered giants.

Lot’s of solitude to be found here …Tread softly.

Clarifying GER’s
With lot’s of state systems being implemented and using GER’s from MT, to NM, NE, and DE just thought I would clarify a section within the General Information section of the GER. The Internal Report Only will not remove the GER from being access by someone in the state system, it is simply a category to define if it is a reportable event or not.
So for now and until we come up with a plan, keep in mind any GER that is entered is viewable by the state if they have that individual on their caseload.

visiting CSDD in NY
This week I was in upper state New York doing some training for CSDD with Erin and her team on the Health Tracking modules and showing off the fabulous Health Care Reports. On my way could not pass up the opportunity to stop over at Letchworth State Park and sooo happy that I did! Not only are the gorges there fabulous but it was virtually empty! If you ever get the chance stop in to see some beautiful waterfalls and some amazing trails in over 14 thousand acres. I can’t seem to get my photographs to upload and I’ve tried every which way, sorry 8(…If I ever figure this out I’ll post a batch to do some catch up!

Provider Administrator’s only need 1 account!
Yip…that is indeed true, no more logging in back and forth and having to tag your PA account as the “do not send SComm”. If you’d like to convert to just one account keep in mind you will be de-activating one of your current, and assigning privileges to the other. By de-activating one of the accounts you will no longer be able to access those old SComm’s so choose the account you use most frequently to continue using.
Once you choose which account to keep look up the account under the User Privilege area of your admin account and if you chose to keep your original User account under the Administrative tab give yourself everything on the right hand side of the screen. These are all the admin privileges. If on the other hand you chose to keep your current Admin account then under User Privilege select the Privlidge-Caseload tabe and assign as you typically do for User access.
Once that is done de-active the other account. If your PA account was set-up by Therap, just submit a request for us to de-active for you.
You can also now create PA accounts yourselves, no more submitting requests to Therap! It’s just like creating a new User but your giving those additional Admin privileges as well.
Happy Theraping!
