Software for Developmental Disability Service Providers
Therap is pleased to be working with Developmental Disabilities Service Providers in the Treasure State. Montana’s Developmental Services Division has mandated the use of Therap’s Individual Support Modules throughout the state as a means to greatly enhance communication and documentation of services provided to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Incident Reporting for Montana
The General Event Reports (GER) is a module for Incident Reports and have been designed to track multiple related incidents for an individual. Using the General Event Report module, users can report and follow-up on a wide range of incidents including injuries, behavioral concerns and accidents among others.
With the 2013.1.6 Therap Application system updates, users in Montana will no longer have the option to include the ‘State form’ on the GER form, due to a change in state regulations.

Register your agency with Therap Services
This is the first step you will need to take. To register with Therap, all agencies are required to complete a Provider Self Provisioning
, which will require entering some basic agency information like address and phone numbers, and identifying who will be your agency’s Provider Administrators (PA). The total process of PSP is explained in a document available here
Please contact the Provider Administrator of the specific agency you wish to have access to.
Admin Password Reset Request
If you are the Provider Admin./Super Admin. at your agency, please speak to another Provider Admin. who can reset your password for you. If other Provider Admins. are unavailable at the time, if you are the only one, then please send us a signed request on company letterhead via fax to 203-721-6102. This request should include a direct call back number so that we may give you your login information securely. If your agency has been left with no Provider Admins then the Executive Director of your agency would need to send the signed request as mentioned above.
The main contact for provider agencies will be Maureen Noonan, Director of Customer Support for Therap Services. Once you’ve completed the registration process, contact her to discuss your agency specific implementation options. Justin Brockie, Chief Operating Officer, will also be available for any assistance as needed.
