Provider Administrators will need to assign a CDS Adminstrator. Read more on that. All users will be able to see a My CDS Training box on the right panel of their FirstPage and Dashboard. Learn more about Therap & CDS Bridge.
The main contact for provider agencies will be Maureen Noonan, Senior Training & Implementation Specialist for Therap Services. Once you have completed the registration process, you will need to contact her to discuss your agency specific implementation options. Justin Brockie, Chief Operating Officer, will also be available for any assistance as needed.

Therap is excited to work with the State of Montana and all provider agencies in a joint goal of improving communication and documentation needs in the developmental disability field. We are here to assist and support you in all phases of transition and will work diligently to make this process as smooth as possible.
Register your agency with Therap ServicesThis is the first step you will need to take. To register with Therap, all agencies are required to complete a Provider Self Provisioning or PSP, which will require entering some basic agency information like address and phone numbers, and identifying who will be your agency's Provider Administrators (PA). The total process of PSP is explained in a document available here. Self enrollment for Case Manager Supervisors and DDP Staff!Create your own user account...With the Self Enroll login, you can login to Therap and create an account for yourself. The Provider Administrator can then login to their account and activate your account. Click here to view the Quick Guide for creating an account using the Self Enroll login.
