Individual Service Plans
More Powerful in 7.0
The Individual Service Plan (ISP) is one of the most flexible and useful applications offered by Therap Services. The module allows tracking of individuals’ teaching skills programs as well as generating the necessary accompanying reports. The ISP module can also comfortably act as a shift “checklist” to ensure that the Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) have attended to a particular individual’s needs, as well as being a place for a running log.
Tt is extremely helpful in goal-tracking for both residential and day program settings.
In addition to the previously supported scoring methods (level of independence, completion, yes/no etc.), the 7.0 version of ISPs will include the option to define new scoring methods as they are needed. The application takes a wizard type approach in taking the users through the steps of choosing method names, number of fields and other attributes.
The powerful ISP application supports two types of reports: Programmatic and Clinician. A programmatic report will generate averages for the time period chosen—from daily to annually. A report will automatically compare the averages to the baseline and the previous interval, and will also allow for typewritten comments and recommendations for the period. The clinician’s report will organize the typed commentary, location, and the hours and duration, of the tracked activities. Both reports will also display in a nice printable form to be added to one’s quarterly or monthly report. In the 7.0 version of the application, users will now be able to produce both clinician and programmatic reports on all of an individual's service plans at once if they choose, as well as create an archived time/date stamped report to be stored and searchable within the system. As with other reporting within Therap, users will be able to export these reports in both pdf and Microsoft Excel formats.
One of the notable features added in the 7.0 version is the ISP Template Library. This feature allows you to create service plan templates. Templates can be created for frequently used teaching strategies and applied to more than one individual, remaining editable and stored for later use. When entering a new plan for an individual, staff members can pull out plans from this library and personalize it based on the specific needs of a particular individual. Users are able to save ISP templates as a ‘draft’ to be completed later or ‘publish it’ when complete. Draft templates can be deleted and published ones can also be discontinued.
The 7.0 version of the application has been released online. Please try it out and let us know what you think.

Email and Live Chat Support
If you need help while working with one or more Therap applications, you can write to Therap Customer Support directly by clicking on the <<Feedback>> link on the footer of every Therap application page. Users should hear back from us within 24 hours.
You can also use this option to let us know about problems with the system that you may have found or to suggest changes that would be helpful for you. We recommend that you use this option extensively as it automatically sends us additional information about the applications being used to help us better diagnose your problems and offer prompt solutions.
While Feedback emails are a good way of getting help within a reasonable amount of time, for instant answers to your questions, you can log on to a Live Chat session. Or once you have logged in, Live Chat appears on the top right hand corner of your FirstPage.
We are working towards 24X7 assistance but if you do not find someone online to chat with, please leave us an offline message describing your problem. You will receive a response within 24 hours.
