More features, more efficient, more useful…
Health Tracking Report in Excel
Version 5.2 of Therap applications was released online this September. The new Therap 5.2 features a number of enhancements to its suite of online applications.
Major upgrades in 5.2 include the extension of the Export to Excel option to all search results pages. You can now export all search results to Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. The Export to Excel feature has been further improved for T-Logs and Health Tracking search pages so that the exported data include some additional fields like description and comments, which are not displayed on the search results page on the spreadsheets.
One other important upgrade in Therap 5.2 is the Health Tracking archive data option. Now, when a Health Tracking form is updated, the old data automatically find their way to the archives. Other enhancements made include the enhanced PDF versions of Incident Report state forms for Montana and New York users, patches and updates for minor bugs reported in earlier versions and minor changes to existing forms.
We are now working very hard on Release 6.0 of Individual Supports. This next big release is going to showcase a number of new application modules as well as major upgrades to its existing suite of applications.

Every two months, we review every Incident Report we have written in a committee of company members and community partners. This is usually a laborious process, lasting at least two hours. We have had to make twelve copies of about 150 reports each time, one set for each committee member.
Of course, we do not make the copies anymore. The committee members can review the upcoming reports anytime, by logging onto Therap. At the meeting, we log on to Therap and project each report on a large screen in our conference room while the committee reviews it. No paper changes hands.
We had an unusually large number of reports this time, 190. The meeting took only 45 minutes. When I asked our Executive Director how it went, she said, and I quote, "Everybody loves Therap."

Log Reports in Excel
If you are a nurse or a supervisor then you probably have to prepare monthly or quarterly reports.
Think about going through piles of files, lists and log books to find all log entries, think about the time spent on looking them up to find out what they are about and finally think about the amount of work you have to put in to sum them all up into a monthly or quarterly report. Wouldn’t you like it if there was an easier way?
Using the T-Log search option you can produce monthly and quarterly reports based on T-Logs within a few clicks. Use the T-Log search option to find all the appropriate log entries made within a particular period. The logs will be listed on the T-Log Search Results page. To prepare the monthly/quarterly report, just click on the Export to Excel link at the bottom of this page. This will export not only the information shown in the search results but also the descriptions of these entries. So, when you export your T-Log search results for a particular period of time, you will actually get a report that you can present in a meeting or keep as a record.
Q: How do I get help with Therap applications?
