Linn County Provider Agencies

Welcome Linn County agencies now using Therap Applications. Here you will soon find the resources to help you get started and also resources that assist you in your day to day documentation using Therap.

Foster Home providers will be asked to create user accounts (this is called “self-enrolling”) for all relevant staff after completing the confidentiality agreement, as requested by Linn County. Once those accounts are activated and the policies have been completed, staff will be able to complete their incident reports within the Internal Providers system.

The first stage of implementation will be in having all Linn County providers submit incident reports using Therap’s General Event Report (GER) module. Below you will find some links to material explaining some basic functions surrounding GERs.
