Therap and Oregon Licensing

Therap is in the process of working with the licensing department to allow licensing staff access to individual provider accounts from what we call a parent account.  This means that licensing staff will each have their own login name and password (to maintain HIPAA confidentiality) and will no longer need a separate login for each provider. This also means that licensing will be able to maintain and manage their own accounts and passwords.

Licensing has requested that providers let us know that they want to be included in this program by doing the following:

1. Log into Therap
2. Click on the “My Issues” link at the top right of your FirstPage
3. Click on the Write Feedback link (again top right)
4. Enter Summary of “Oregon Licensing”
5. Enter Description of “Please add *Agency Name* to the Oregon Licensing Account”
6. Click the Submit button (bottom right)

NOTE: Therap will only link the licensing account to providers who specifically request it.

Licensing staff will be given a Super Role which provides access to all Caseload Based roles.

When a member of staff from Licensing has been given access to your account, their user name will show in your User List prefixed by the Provider Code.

Be reminded that any activity by Licensing staff in your account with be listed in your Activity Tracking.
