Guildlines
  • Agencies should understand that this is a new beta program and adjustments may occur as we see how this functions.
  • Therap reserves the right to change, limit and/or end this program for any reason including non-compliance with regulations.
  • This is a new program and points can only be earned beginning after February 1, 2010 and after registration and acceptance by Therap in this Points Program.
  • Agencies understand that this is an attempt by Therap to help provide training benefits to its customers in return for reductions in Therap’s marketing expenses.
  • Prizes which include airfare may be required to be submitted 90 days in advance to obtain reasonable airfares.
  • Therap may provide points, benefits or training to certain agencies which are not registered or participating in this program for actions not listed here.
Notes: No cash value of any points. All points expire on February 28, 2011 unless extended by Therap. All prizes subject to availability and scheduling. Maximum points available for an agency is 50,000 per year. Agencies must be current with their invoices to either earn or redeem points.
