Mobile Progress Notes
In cases where a support staff is traveling with an individual or providing support services at an individual’s residence or any other remote setting, Therap’s application for iPhones and iPads lets them record their progress notes, shift notes, health notes or communication logs while on the move.
Therap’s T-Logs module is for recording these types of communications, and with the app, this module is accessible via their apple phones or tablets with additional features for recording the GPS location of where the note was entered, for taking photographs to support the note, and also to record audio notes that will attach to the T-Log. Notes written remotely by staff are available for reading immediately to others in the agency – supervisors, nurses, and other direct support staff who work with that same individual. Learn More

The app described above is installed on an apple device, whereas Therap’s T-Log Reader will run on any mobile device able to browse the Internet. This module is only for reading T-Logs from mobiles – you will see a list of unread notes, you can read them and also mark them as read so that your colleagues and supervisors know that you’ve read them.
