Therap for States & Counties
Therap for States and Counties is a new application, separate and complementary to the original Therap suite of applications (which we will refer to here as Therap for Providers to avoid complications).
Therap for State and Counties was originally developed in conjunction with The State of North Dakota to replace their in-house systems for running the Developmental Disabilities Division. Therap is now working with other states and counties around the United States to implement Therap for States and Counties for them.
Therap for States and Counties provides the following functionality:
- Intake
- Interfacing with identity matching systems
- Eligibility
- Needs assessment
- Referrals
- Case Planning
- Case Management
- Annual Planning
- Service Authorizations
- Letters and Notices
- Waiver Management
- Incident Reporting
- Provider and Service Management
- Comprehensive Reporting and Quality Management on all the above
You can learn more about how Therap for States and Counties is being implemented in North Dakota, from the North Dakota page.
