Author: The next Side-by-Side Technology Conference will be in Kansas City, Missouri May 4-6, 2010 at the Holiday Inn.
Once again the conference will be with The College of Direct Support and Bill, Annie and Donna will be there.
In addition, we expect to have Rest Assured and Web Footed Friends. As well as Deyta talking about Ancor’s Performance Excellence.

Deyta Presenting On Ancor Performance Excellence
I am looking forward to seeing Becky Childs and Jenn Bauer of Deyta at our Side-by-Side Technology Conference next week in Indianapolis. We have a session titled “ Deyta and ANCOR – Performance Excellence using data from Therap”
Deyta is working on the performance excellence project with Ancor. We are working with providers to help meet Ancor’s performance excellence measures. Its website states
A major challenge to measuring performance excellence and establishing national benchmarks for community-based services for people with developmental disabilities is the lack of a common taxonomy in identifying and defining performance excellence factors. To that end, ANCOR, in partnership with DEYTA, a national statistical research firm, has embarked on a national effort to commonly define and measure quality performance factors.
The main objective of this project is to obtain statistically valid and reliable information for the provider industry
