Kevin recently posted a picture showing his view from his house in Hawaii. That really gives a sense of the breadth of locations where Therap team members live and have knowledge of.

This picture was taken across the street at Washington Square Park in New York City today.  It was a little more challenging checking emails on my droid through the snowfall – but I was able to stay in touch while having snowball fights with the kids.

I still don’t think they one ever needs a snow day in New York City – but that is based on being able to walk or take a subway everywhere.

There was a famous sign in Lefrak City, Queens, New York on a billboard by the highway that said “If you lived here you would be home by now”. I have seen similar signs advertising housing throughout the country including downtown Boston on the way to my school from the airport.

It turns out that there have even been articles in places like the Journal of Performance and Art on this topic.

In southern California, the land of the freeways and the brave, banners bearing the slogan “If You Lived Here You’d Be Home Now” are ubiquitous. Ostensibly advertisements to entice renters and buyers, these banners promise much more than a shorter commute and a place to live. The word home, in combination with the conditional “would,” activates the cycle of desire and longing in the reader.

Remember – if you used Therap – quite often you can eliminate driving to get information. Many people have told us they were able to stay home or avoid drives during bad weather because they were using Therap.

So perhaps we can have a sign – “If you Used Therap You Could Be Home Now” rather than on highways like I found from Indiana on Jeff’s Blog.
