What happens when medication is changed on a MAR?

Author: If someone makes a change to a MAR (Medication Administration Records), the users will be told that the MAR is ‘locked’ for configuration. It will stay that way until a user with ‘MAR configuration approve’ role reviews and approves the change. This will unlock the MAR for data entry.
For example, if someone’s Celexa dosage changes from 20mg to 10mg, on someone’s Medication History, the MAR will be locked until that change has been approved.
