Health Care Reports
One of the major strengths of Therap’s health information tracking system is its powerful reporting features. A good example of this is Therap Health Care Reports which aggregate and summarize health information from different sections of the Health Tracking application (e.g. vital signs, height/weight, respiratory problems, medication history, lab test reports etc.), as well as other modules such as General Event Reports and Individual Data. Here are some of the useful features supported by the report –
Flexible parameters
The report supports flexible options to select date range and select report sections. Report sections may include some or all of the health tracking records.

Clean summarized view
All information is arranged neatly in simple, tables.

Printable PDF format
The reports can be viewed and saved in printer friendly PDF format.
Saving for later use
Once drawn up, users are able to save them within the system to use later.
Comments & recommendations
Relevant comments and recommendations can be saved with the health care reports.

With appropriate access privileges, Therap users are able to generate a variety of reports from the information stored in the system. These include

Most of these reports support exporting to Excel, where the data can be manipulated further. A lot of these also supports printer friendly pdf format.
Beyond Version 5010: ICD-10 Compliance
As of January 1, 2012, health care providers, payers, software vendor (e.g., Therap), and clearinghouses/third-party billers – must conduct all electronic HIPAA transactions using Version 5010 standards, according to CMS requirements.
Therap’s electronic billing system is ready to handle 5010 transactions. Therap is, and will continue to provide necessary support and training to all our users.
Looking onward the next task is to move on to ICD-10 codes for medical diagnosis and inpatient procedures by October 2013. Between then and now, a number of milestones will have to be achieved by everyone involved. A detailed timelines of activities on the path to Version 5010 and ICD-10 compliance, is provided by CMS here. Its time for another release, which will take us to version 9.2 of Therap Applications. In this release there will be usability enhancements as well as new features like the support for
