As the Assistant Director of Training at Therap, Allison provides help and technical guidance to Therap users throughout the United States. Besides helping users with their questions and issues online and over the phone, Allison travels all over the US to meet with users and provide them with in-person training. In 2008, Allison relocated to Vancouver, Washington, to offer a higher level of support to Therap users on the west coast.

Allison has over ten years experience of working with people with disabilities including those with acquired brain injury, autism, and behaviorally intensive individuals. She possesses an in-depth understanding of our customers needs. Before coming to Therap, Allison used the Therap system while working as a residence director at PrimeCare, Inc., in Connecticut.

Allison completed her BA in Anthropology/Sociology from Western CT State University and is pursuing her MA in Religious Studies from Sacred Heart University.
