As a Senior Training and Implementation Specialist for Therap Services, Maureen Noonan has been providing guidance for organizations during their implementation process, as well as traveling extensively to support those agencies with hands on training. Maureen offers daily technical support to its users, and attends Therap’s regional conferences to host training sessions and meet with current and potential users. Maureen has been one of the leading persons responsible for the successful implementation of Therap in the state of Delaware. She meets with provider agencies and the state to ensure a smooth transition as well as to give expert advice for the state’s future use of applications.

Maureen received her degree in Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Connecticut, Storrs CT.

She has over 10 years experience in the field of developmental disabilities providing comprehensive direct services to individuals with developmental disabilities. She has worked as a Residential Case Manager for Homestead Residential Services where she provided comprehensive to individuals with prolonged mental illness and to those with dual diagnosis. Prior to joining Therap, Maureen had spent 6 years at Prime Care, Inc. as Residential Director, supervising a 24-hour CLA for individuals with developmental disabilities.
