Stephen Flannigan
As a Training and Implementation Specialist for Therap Services, Stephen Flanigan provides guidance for organizations during their implementation process. He provides online and phone help for current users and has traveled extensively to support those agencies with hands on training. He attends Therap’s regional conferences to host training sessions and also meet with current and potential users.

Stephen has over 9 years experience in the field of developmental disabilities, including extensive experience with individuals with autism and behaviorally intensive individuals. He has worked as a Direct Support Classroom Professional for Schenectady ARCin New York where he provided comprehensive day support to individuals with dual diagnoses, and as a Residential Instructor with the Oak Hill School/Connecticut Institute for the Blind in Connecticut. Prior to joining Therap, Stephen gained experience as a Therap user at Prime Care, Inc. in Connecticut, as a Residential Director supervising two 24-hour CLAs for individuals with developmental disabilities and training agency staff in how to use Therap.

Stephen received his BA in History from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, CT. After graduating he went on to continue his graduate studies in International Relations and Economics at Univerzita Karlova in Prague, Czech Republic.
