Therap Services is an online software service that provides secure, HIPAA compliant documentation and communication for developmental disability provider agencies. The suite is made of programs that cover extensively supports provided to individuals as well as programs that help an agency manage employee training/certifications and schedules, and also billing. Therap also provides extensive support in setting up and handling the transition to electronic documentation, and has lots of great online tools for training staff to use Therap.
National Conference for Provider Administrators

Remember that the Therap National Conference is coming soon, which is the biggest gathering of Therap users from across the country. There will be lots of exciting training sessions, plus a chance to meet and talk to the whole of the Therap team. There will be lots of brainstorming and lots of presentations from Therap users, your colleagues that will provide an insight into how people are using the system to increase efficiency and improve the quality of care. Our General Event Reports (GER) module is used by agencies to store and track incident reports on individuals they are providing support and care to. GERs allow multiple related incidents to be recorded on one form and then subsequently allow reviewing and follow-ups. Medication errors can also be logged here as well as notes that serve to convey review comments to the staff who filed the original report. The GER module also has customizations in place to support different state requirements for incident reporting.
