COF Training Services,\r\n            Inc., a Kansas&#8209;based organization providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental\r\n            disabilities. With paper records dispersed across multiple locations, accessing essential information in a\r\n            timely manner was difficult. Recognizing the need for a solution with real&#8209;time access to information, COF\r\n            Training Services turned to Therap\u2019s electronic documentation system.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <p>\u201cWe have a lot of documentation,\u201d emphasizes Dawn Brannen, Director of Auxiliary Services. \u201cIt takes a lot of\r\n            documentation to cover somebody's whole life.\u201d Providing supports to over 200 individuals, managing this\r\n            documentation on paper had started to overwhelm staff at COF Training Services. \u201c[Before Therap], we were\r\n            losing a lot of documentation \u2013 along with the time it took to route all that documentation to where it\r\n            needed to go. This has given significant peace of mind to\r\n                staff. \u201cEven if by chance, a huge weather cell goes through and wipes out our electricity for a week\u2026I\r\n                can go anywhere else within our radius and print off [information] we need,\u201d Brannen states. Since\r\n                storing documentation electronically with Therap, staff at COF Training Services no longer have to worry\r\n                about paper documentation being damaged or lost during storms.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n\r\n        <p>\r\n            Real-time access to information has also empowered staff to deliver better support to individuals.\r\n            \u201cEverything we do is based around our individuals. [Therap] created all these efficiencies for us to be able\r\n            to do a better job,\u201d Brannen says. \u201cIf I have an individual who is needing my assistance, I can log into\r\n            Therap and I have all of the information I need to know about that individual at my hands.\u201d The benefit of\r\n            access to information also extends to the individuals COF Training Services supports. For example, an\r\n            individual who wanted to know about upcoming appointments was given a Therap login and can now access their\r\n            schedule at any time, allowing for greater awareness and independence.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n        <p>\r\n            Another way Therap benefits COF Training Services is by helping to streamline audit processes. \u201cOur state\r\n            licensor can [login to Therap], look at a case, and do her review from her desk,\u201d explains COF Training\r\n            Services\u2019 Director of Compliance, Jennifer Star. \u201cShe doesn't have to travel the two hours to our agency and\r\n            look at paper.\u201d This has reduced the number of on&#8209;site visits needed to gather information, saving time on\r\n            both sides. \u201cIt has made it so much smoother for our state people and they're so appreciative that they can\r\n            look at our files [with Therap],\u201d Star says.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n        <p>\r\n            The configurable structure of Therap\u2019s system has provided COF Training Services with a flexible and\r\n            efficient solution that meets its evolving needs. \"That modularity about Therap is so helpful, so that we\r\n            can tailor it to our company's current situation,\" Star notes.
