The organization provides a variety of services to the people they support, who range in\r\n            age from 2 to 83. For over a decade, Holy Angels has used Therap\u2019s electronic documentation system to\r\n            document the diverse supports they provide. We're able to look at a lot of [information] in comparison and then use that\r\n            data to see inefficiencies,\u201d says Sandford. \u201cIt has made us a lot more effective and efficient.\u201d Holy Angels\r\n            leverages DDO to assess staff performance and determine when additional support or training is needed for\r\n            their team. Additionally, DDO makes it easy to pull key statistics, which Holy Angels incorporates into\r\n            grant proposals.
