supporting people with\r\n            intellectual and developmental disabilities for nearly 70 years. enVision has approximately 400 employees\r\n            serving 270 people in a variety of services, including everything from employment to 24&#8209;hour shift\r\n            staffed\r\n            homes. The agency credits their ability to efficiently manage data and communicate between locations to\r\n            their implementation of Therap\u2019s electronic documentation system. Leaving behind paper documentation has\r\n            helped enVision streamline their documentation processes, improve communication among staff members, and\r\n            provide better care to the people they support.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <p>\r\n            Janice Munro, Director of Services at enVision, explains that the organization's strongest motivation for\r\n            adopting Therap was improving communication. \u201cWe were struggling with being able to reach our almost 400\r\n            staff at about 50 different rural locations between residential homes,\u201d Munro states.
