Claim submission, once\r\n                a\r\n                lengthy\r\n                task, has become remarkably swift. \"Our directors are able to review the data, attach it to a\r\n                template,\r\n                and send\r\n                it directly to us. It's a click of a button, it shows it's queued, and then within a half an hour we\r\n                usually see\r\n                it change to sent. With the old system it would take overnight,\" states Amanda Cross, Link\u2019s Finance\r\n                Director.\r\n                Therap has also notably streamlined billing reconciliation. \u201cIt allows us to pinpoint the reasons\r\n                for a\r\n                denial\r\n                of a claim a lot quicker,\u201d Cross says.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n\r\n            <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n\r\n        <p>Financial analysis and\r\n            reporting have also become more efficient for Link, especially with the use of Therap\u2019s Business\r\n            Intelligence\r\n            tools. In the past, Cross had to create financial reports manually every month. \u201cIt was taking almost\r\n            four\r\n            hours\r\n            between all departments. I just did it [with Therap] this past weekend and it took me 25 minutes,\u201d says\r\n            Cross.\r\n            Linda Dunshee, Executive Director of Link, echoes Cross\u2019 excitement. \u201cOur financial reporting has gotten\r\n            much more\r\n            clean, specific, and easier to track. For auditing and compliance, that will be very big,\u201d Dunshee\r\n            affirms.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n        <p>Although Link is still in\r\n            the\r\n            process of implementing Therap, Dunshee notes a promising sign that Therap was the right choice for Link\r\n            \u2013\r\n            staff\r\n            are easily adapting to the new system. \u201cTwo thirds of our staff speak English as a second language and\r\n            when\r\n            you\r\n            can have that percentage of people integrate to a new system pretty seamlessly, that's impressive,\u201d\r\n            Dunshee\r\n            states. Staff have quickly embraced and learned how to use Therap, resulting in little to no\r\n            interruption to\r\n            their\r\n            daily tasks.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n        <p>Beyond Therap\u2019s features\r\n            and\r\n            ease of use, Link has particularly valued the consistent support received during their Therap\r\n            implementation.\r\n            Dunshee shares, \u201cWe had fantastic support through this whole process.\u201d Cross agrees, stating, \u201cWe feel\r\n            like\r\n            we've\r\n            got the added support that we've been missing.\u201d Therap\u2019s ongoing support will help Link as they continue\r\n            to\r\n            leverage more of the system. \u201cI'm really excited for our team to learn the tools that will help staff be\r\n            more\r\n            efficient.
