He recalls that while there was some initial apprehension about the switch from paper\r\n                to Therap, staff quickly realized the benefits. \u201cOnce staff got over the fear of going electronic, they\r\n                found out how easy Therap was and how it bettered their documentation. For Johnson, the\r\n            real&#8209;time\r\n            access to data Therap provides is essential to effective clinical management. He shares that before using\r\n            Therap, decisions were often made based on anecdotal evidence or intuition. \u201cIn the past, you had to go off\r\n            of what you thought was right.
