Located in Denison, Iowa, the non-profit organization offers a range of services, including\r\n            residential services, transitional living, employment services, adult day programs, and respite care. In\r\n            2009, Wesco saw an opportunity to improve efficiency and organization by transitioning from paper to\r\n            electronic documentation. provides has also positively impacted Wesco\u2019s quality\r\n            assurance\r\n            and\r\n            audit results. \u201cIn 2023 we had a zero recommendation CARF survey and I do    Though some agencies are hesitant to transition to electronic documentation due to the learning curve\r\n            for\r\n            staff,\r\n            Brown says that Therap\u2019s ease of
