LSW Titans

Last night the journey was completed for the Lee’s Summit West Titans.  They captured their 2 State Championship in football in 4 years.  The Titans beat undefeated and last year’s State Champion from 2009, Webster Groves.  The Titans were down earlier 7-0 but then steam rolled into the 2nd quarter and never looked back.  The final result was a 44-21 with the Titans finishing in impressive style.  The team, band and supporters enjoyed a victory dinner at the Crown Plaza hotel following the game.  The busses didn’t arrive back to the KC Metro until 4.30 am this morning.  A long night, but a night not soon forgotten.  Congrats to all at LSW!
