We certainly understand the frustrations you and your staff have likely been through these last few days, and we apologize profusely for the difficulty it’s caused.  As you likely know, all the Therap staff are current/former service professionals ourselves, and we are well aware of the importance of timely access to your records/documentation and the chaos that comes when you can’t get to what you need.
