Jeff Case is the National Director of Business Development at Therap. He has worked with non-profits for the past 30 years. He works with provider agencies and State organizations throughout the Central United States and lives in the Kansas City, MO area.
Leah Sewell is a Senior State Implementation Specialist at Therap. She has worked in the Human Services field since 1999, providing comprehensive services to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnosis. Prior to joining Therap, Leah used Therap system for documentation of supports and team-wide communication in residential settings in Southern Maine.
Jeff Covington is the Deputy Director of State Implementation at Therap. He has been working in the I/DD industry since 1995. His role is to oversee the implementation of Therap for States and he comes with extensive experience in project management and leading a diverse team to successful outcomes.
Therap is happy to announce the Regional Conference in Columbus, Ohio for 2019. The conference will be on August 5-6. This two-day event will be full of sessions by Ohio Therap experts and a chance to network with your counterparts from across the state.
The event will be a good place to learn about recent developments in the Therap system, as well as individual support documentation and reporting, electronic health records (EHR) and training management from the technology leader in the developmental disabilities field. The training intensive event will include beginner, intermediate, and advanced level sessions conducted by Therap experts on various Therap modules.

About the presenters:
Michelle Saunders is a Business Development Consultant at Therap. She has worked in the non-profit sector with agencies supporting persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Mental Health diagnosis since 1995. Michelle was instrumental in implementing Therap at her agency and also completed grant applications and led statewide training efforts for the Missouri College of Direct Support.
Catherine Hauser is a Training and Implementation Specialist at Therap. Her experience in the developmental disabilities field began in 2005 in Illinois as a Direct Support Person. Catherine introduced Therap to her agency and was able to see both the immediate and long-lasting benefits offered by all of Therap’s services.
