Jeff received his Bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in Philosophy from Mt. Vernon Nazarene University. He and his wife (Rebecca) organized Developing Potential Inc. in 1993 to help provide a need in the K. C. metro for adults having developmental disabilities. Developing Potential is a day habilitation program that serves adult persons having developmental disabilities. DPI started serving 8 customers and has grown to 150 clients that are served at multiple locations. Jeff has worked with not-for-profits for the past 20 years.

Jeff graduated with his master’s degree in 1996 and has just recently finished an Organizational Leadership curriculum from the faculty at Arizona State University.
