The NAQ (National Association of QDDPs) conference has been a great opportunity to network with some experts in the DD field. There are close to 500 people attending this conference from all over the United States. The conference is being held at the Embassy Suites in downtown Chicago. I have had the pleasure to catch up with many agencies that use and LOVE Therap. I have also been able to explore the paperless world with other agencies. It has been a great time. If you are not familiar with NAQ, read more here:

This past week I was able to spend time with several agencies in Illinois. The time started with some training with one of our longest standing users of Therap in the Midwest. Rimland Services of Evanston, IL in the Northern part of the Chicagoland area. I had a great time with Bridget Crump and Michael Christopher training staff and find more effeciencies in the system that they can take advantage of at their agency.
In addition to training at Rimland I also spent time with an agency in Rock Island, IL and some additional agencies in the Chicago area. All in all it was a great trip meeting with some tremendous agencies doing a great job in supporting individuals in Illinois. I look forward to meeting with those that are already users as well as some of these agencies becoming new Therap partners using the Therap system.
I am looking forward to an upcoming information session to be held at Rimland Services in Evanston, IL. I will be doing some training with the agency and then opening it up at 3pm for additional agencies in the area to come and find out more how Therap can save money and time for agencies in Illinois. I already have a few individuals and agencies signed up to attend and I am looking forward to meeting with some new folks in the greater Chicago Metro. If you would like to join us just drop me a note and let me know you want to attend. The session will take place at 3pm on January 26th at the Rimland offices located at 1265 Hartrey Avenue . Evanston, IL. If you are in the greater Chicago area I hope to see you soon.
We have been going through and updating our Automated Training over the last few months.
If you haven’t looked at it recently, you really should go and take a look at what we have in this area of training.
Let us know what you think of this and how you might use this for your agency.

This will be a great opportunity for agencies to take additional steps toward becoming a paperless provider. We will have several Therap staff available if you need to sit down and talk specifics about your agency and documentation questions you might have in consideration of Therap. We will also go over the updated changes and items in the system your agency needs to consider in going forward.
It was great this past week to add another agency in Missouri who is using Therap Services for their documentation. Chris and I trained all of the direct staff at Community of Good Shepherd. Alyce Collins is one of the Provider Administrators at CGS and it was great to be with a group that was so excited to get started. I have great confidence that this group will be implementing Therap at a pretty fast pace.
