A great number of agencies were excited with the release of the IOS version of the ISP Data app for Apple devices. The app allows for collection of data with the ability to have a signature and a GPS location attached to the note provided by the staff entering the data for the service provision. In our latest release that came out March 12 an update for the IOS app was released and those using the app need to make sure and go to the Itunes store and be sure to update or reinstall the Therap app to take full advantage of the functionality newly released.
It is that time of year again. The 2017 National Conference is right around the corner. Take an opportunity to look around at the upcoming event. We have changed some things and added some workshops that will make this conference an awesome opportunity for you and your agency to get caught up on the new things going on in your documentation solution.
So this week I brought another Missouri provider into the Therap community through a webinar. I was a little hesitant at the start of the meeting as the person joining the Go To Meeting webinar said, “I hope it is allright as I am joining in on my phone instead of the computer?” My hesitancy was that at the conclusion of the call it would be necessary for the person to enter in some data and initiate the process and activate the process by clicking on a button off the Therap website. Regardless, we began and we went through the process and the entire process was completed in a matter of minutes. No problems whatsoever! It was pretty cool. It was amazing for me to think back to the first agency in Missouri that started using Therap and how different things were then in comparison to this brand new agency signing up. It has been so exciting to be apart of so many agencies moving to greater efficiency, transparency, higher accountability, and less paper chasing through the last several years. It got me wondering and thinking just how many agencies in MO are still out there lost in a paper world? If you haven’t taken the time to see how Therap can make a difference for your agency give me a call so we can show you this solution.
It has been a good first day meeting with the good folks in Nebraska as we kicked off the NE Conference in Omaha. The excitement associated with the upcoming release and the new billing features that are going to be available in the billing modules has been very well received. Therap’s new release will definitely expedite and provide efficiencies for providers to enter data thru the attendance modules to get paid and document services in NE.
In addition to the billing module updates we are also going over the release of the individual based caseloads that I believe will be welcomed by all the agencies. This along with the other module enhancements are making this weekend a very welcomed event.
This week I am catching up with folks in Norman, OK at the Governor’s Conference on Developmental Disabilities. The event is taking place at the Embassy Suites in Norman and featured Tina Campanella as the keynote speaker. The theme for this year’s conference is “A Journey to a Good Life” and continues through today. The conference has provided several opportunity to network and connect with current Therap users as well as speak with some folks yet to experience the efficiencies of a web based documentation solution.
So have you had some time to look at the new Employment History Module that has been added in Therap. The module provides the opportunity for agencies to create employment and volunteering history for individuals. Using this module the Administrator can create, update or delete employers, contact persons and job templates. Users can create, update or delete employment referral, assessment, employment milestone, career development plan, training and coaching, application and interview and job details using this module.
As this module continues and more agencies utilize this module we can expect to see future enhancements and functionality. Employment and the ability to track specific data points is becoming increasingly important for agencies to track and Therap is working hard to look at solutions to provide agencies to do just kind of tracking.
