Therap Services is an online software service that provides secure, HIPAA compliant documentation, reporting and communication for developmental disability provider agencies. The suite is made of programs that cover extensively supports provided to individuals with developmental disabilities. There are programs that an agency can use to manage employee training/certifications and schedules, and programs for tracking attendance of the individuals they support.

Therap provides extensive support in setting up and handling the transition to electronic documentation, and has lots of great online tools for training staff to use Therap.

Therap is appropriate for Supported Living, In-Home Support, Community Day Services and Employment programs, providing solutions for Incident Tracking, eMar, Goal Tracking, ISP, EHR and more.

Tracking Program Attendance

The main goal for the Attendance module is easy and accurate entry of program attendance data. It supports a user friendly interface, update capability, provision for approval and access checking. The Attendance Record page is color coded for easy viewing.

Like other Therap modules, Attendance module supports multilevel access privilege for submitters, approvers, updaters and viewers. Authorized users will be able to view printable version of attendance data which they can use for official purposes.
