Delegates from Association for Persons with Special Needs (APSN), were present at The 22nd Conference on Asian Federation on Intellectual Disabilities. The delegation was led by Dr. Francis C. Chen, who is an honorary member of Asian Federation on Intellectual Disabilities (AFID). We had exchange of ideas with the delegates. The idea of use of ICT in the Intellectual Disabilities field was well received by the delegates.
