Dear Therap User,

Starting Saturday, August 13th Therap Services is implementing a major upgrade of our facilities: new servers, new sites, new storage and improved backup and operations, all to serve you better. We are making this change for a number of reasons, including improved performance and more flexibility for new services.

As you know we have been extremely reliable during our development period, but this upgrade will make us even more reliable, if that is possible? We have been listening to your input, which we greatly appreciate, and hopefully you will see us performing even better in the future.

One thing you and your staff need to know, starting Saturday morning we are moving to a new URL for our secure services:

If you access us through our public website, there is no need to change because that link will be updated at the appropriate time. We’re sorry if this causes you to change, but we hope it will be worth it.

Due to the comprehensive nature of this upgrade, the cutover will take some time, so we plan to be off the net for a few hours in the middle of the night and we apologize, but we want to do it right.

We will keep you informed as this project unfolds, and you can get the latest at the Tip of the Day, and on Justin’s blog at .

It has been a real pleasure working with you and I look forward to growing our relationship as we continue to add new features on our brand new platform, all based on your excellent input.

If you experience any difficulties at all, please contact us.
