Having worked pretty much non-stop since we discovered the speed issues today, we have found so issues that we are addressing.  Because this will need some changes to the application, we’ll be taking it down for half an hour or so early tomorrow morning.

I posted the following on the login page:

Please note that the Therap Application may be unavailable for about 30 minutes between 6am and 8am on 1/24/2006 while we perform a minor upgrade to the system

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

We are making this change to address the performance issues that were seen on Wednesday.
