The Return of "Return"

7_3_13 GER Buttons by you.

As I am sure you are aware, we had a bit of a usability hiccup in General Event Reports when we introduced the “Edit this GER” button.

There were actually a number of technical reasons for this, but it really doesn’t matter!

The Approve and Return to Submitter buttons are now back where the belong.

Enjoy Therap 7.3.13!

Reviewing and Returning GERs in Therap 7.3.10

In case you hadn’t noticed, we had a bit of an issue with the 7.3.9 release where GER reviewers couldn’t see the “Edit this GER” button and hence couldn’t attach files or return the GER to its submitter.

We have now fixed this and are working on making those buttons available directly on the GER.

Approving and Returning GERs in Therap 7.3.9

As you may have noticed, we published an update to the system this weekend.

The update focused primarily on GERs (though there are a couple of updates in ISP Plans) and makes them so that multiple people can work on the same incident report at the same time. This should mean the end of the “Sorry someone already updated this GER” error.

The end result of this is as follows:

When you go to look at a GER, you will be able to add Notification Information (this is new and cool) and review comments (assuming you have the GER Review or Approve) roles.

Update :: Therap 7.3.9

We have recently updated the system with the following enhancements:

1. Archived General Event Reports (GERs):
Changes made to GERs in ‘Pending Approval’ and ‘Returned’ states are now archived. Users with ‘GER Approve’ role will find an ‘Update History’ link at the top and bottom of the GERs that have been updated.

2. Multiple users adding Review Comments to a GER at a time:
Multiple users can now access a GER at a time to add Review Comments. Users with appropriate GER roles will find the entire GER form, except the ‘Review Comments’  section, in read-only mode. This way a user can enter ‘Review Comments’ to a GER, even when other users are also entering Review Comments to that GER.

A user […]

Have you tried using ISP Plans yet?

Screenshot of ISP Plan Page showing different sections

I am having more and more conversations with folks all over the country who are really excited about the new ISP Plan module.

If you haven’t tried it out yet, remember that you will need to add the roles to your Super Role before you will be able to see it.

After that, ISP Plans are available in Test Mode for you to try out.

If you have any questions, suggestions or would like to set up a training, just let us know

7.3 Updates

We did a quick 7.3.1 update this morning with a couple of significant changes.

  1. There was an issue where people were being forced to fill out state incident report forms for internal reports. This has now been corrected.
  2. We have discovered a problem with the new Health Tracking Review feature, so this has been temporarily turned off while we fix it. We’ll turn it back on just as soon as it’s fixed.

Sorry for any hassles this causes I’ll keep you up to date.

7.3 Getting much closer

Our current estimate has 7.3 coming out in the middle of June and it is looking very very cool, especially for a “dot release”.

Today I was doing a walkthough of the new Health Tracking features:

The review list which shows all the new Health Tracking entries.

The ability to page through lists of Health Tracking forms.

Adding files to Lab Tests and Appointments

Very, Very cool.

Watch for release notes soon…
