It seems like some folks who are using Cablevision/Optimum as their internet provider are having difficulties getting throught to us.
We also have people using them who can get though!
If you are experiencing any issues, please let us know so that we can track this down.
There are no issues currently with our application, this is much more likely an issue on the Cablevision/Optimum side of things

According to Cablevision/Optimum support:
“we are experiencing a service issue in some areas, such as Connecticut, Bronx, Westchester and a few other locations.”
“Our goal is to have the service restored within a few hours, however it can be longer depending on the severity of the issue.”
